Health & Covid-19 Policies, Procedures and Best Practices:
The following policies are how we intend to keep our participants and staff safe while enjoying our learning and outdoor activities:
- Guest and staff are encouraged to follow all local and region Covid regulations.
- Masks are required inside of vehicle and class setting when not eating or drinking.
- Guests are asked to get tested prior to attending trip and classes
- If your sick or not feeling well, please stay home. We will work with you to reschedule or get you credit.
- Hand washing stations or hand sanitizer will be available at workshops or campsites.
- Group food will be prepared and served by Swift Adventure Co. staff.
- Guests and staff will be discouraged from sharing of food and drink.
E-Bike Policy:
In general e-bikes are welcome on Swift Adventure Co. trips. However, not all trips can accommodate e-bikes, due to lack of power access, terrain, etc. We try to make clear on the trip details what trips can and cannot accommodate e-bikes. If you do not see this explicitly outlined, please contact us, howdy@swiftadventure.co.
In cases where e-bikes are aloud it is the responsibility of our guest to supply proper charging cords and cables. As well as confirming the capabilities of their bike meets or exceeds the daily riding distances.

Swift Adventure Co. Cancelation & Transfer Policies
This is a general explanation of Swift Adventure Co. policies. Individual trips and clinics may have policies specific to them, please see the policies associated with your desired trip and do not hesitate to contact us for further information.
Swift Adventure Co. accepts payment in full at the time of booking. The following is the schedule and terms for cancellation, refunds, and transfers.
Client Cancellation Policies
Multi-day Tours schedule
3+ days
Cancellation of Swift Adventure Co. trips requires written notice to howdy@swiftadventure.co. Cancellation timelines are based on the trip start date. Please note that a $125 processing and administrative fee will not be refunded regardless of the date of cancelation.
Cancellations:
- 61 or more days: 100% Refund
- 31 to 60 days: 50% Refund
- 0 to 30 days: 0% Refund
Transfers:
In the event that you need to cancel a trip and wish to transfer your booking to another, we will honor the full value of your previous booking regardless of the cancellation schedule (minus a $125 administrative fee). You must transfer to another trip within one calendar year based on trip availability (based on the date of cancellation). Please contact us with questions.
Overnights
Cancellation of Swift Adventure Co. trips requires written notice to howdy@swiftadventure.co. Cancellation timelines are based on the trip start date. Please note that a $50 processing and administrative fee will not be refunded regardless of the date of cancelation.

Cancellations:
- 30 or more days: 100% Refund
- 14 to 29 days: 50% Refund
- 0 to 14 days: 0% Refund
Transfers:
In the event you need to cancel a workshop and wish to transfer your booking to another, we will honor the full value of your previous booking regardless of the cancellation schedule (minus a $75 administrative fee). You must transfer to another trip within one calendar year based on trip availability (based on the date of cancellation). Please note guest is responsible for payment of any associated parts purchase for their participation in a workshop regardless of cancellations and transfers. Please contact us with questions.
SACo. Cancelation
In the event that Swift Adventure Co. (SACo) must cancel a trip due to circumstances out of our control you will be offered a full transfer to another SACo trip or clinic OR a 100% refund, minus a $50 administrative fee.
Circumstance or cancelation may include, but are not limited to:
- Inclimate weather
- Program area closures
- Insufficient participation
- Injury or illness of program staff
We strive to provide the highest quality trips regardless of conditions. In the case that a course area is closed or weather creates problems we will do what we can to provide up-to-date information to guests prior to trips. If these issues arise while on coarse we will redirect the course area when possible.
Gear Rental Terms and Policies:
A valid ID and credit card are required for all gear rentals.
Late Returns
Late returns are charged a daily 20% fee for up to seven days, at which point Swift Adventure Co. deems the gear un-returned, and you will be charged for the missing gear expense according to the policy listed below.
Missing Gear
Failure to return rental gear will result in an automatic charge of your credit card for the item’s full new value plus 20%, of the missing gear.
Damaged Gear
Gear returned with visual and functional damage will be charged for the repair and or replacement of the item(s). Damaged gear charges are calculated on a case-by-case basis.
